I founded The Perinatal Pelvis out of the desire to create a space for women to feel empowered, supported and strong in their bodies. Pelvic health therapy was introduced to me after birth trauma of my first son. I felt isolated, embarrassed and weak in my body and even after going to pelvic floor therapy I felt that there was a great need to be better and to think more holistically.

Through this work I have found that pelvic floor dysfunction for some can be traced back to their childhood and I have gained a passion that everyone should be educated about their pelvis as a part of their body therefore I have expanded to include pediatric pelvic floor therapy into my practice.

I strive to create a space of body healing while giving my clients the tools to reclaim their body and achieve their goals.

I am so excited to meet you and I hope that I can be apart of your journey. Please reach out with any questions via email, call or text.
